格隆汇6月4日丨洲际船务(02409.HK)宣布，于2026年6月4日，卖方Seacon Antwerp Ltd(公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方Journey Marine S.A订立协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买船舶(Seacon Antwerp，一艘于2024年建造的总吨位为43,655吨的散货船)，代价为4290万美元。
船舶目前根据光船租赁，由拥有人租赁予卖方。卖方意图于交付日期之前，根据光船租赁的条款，按购买选择权价格(有关根据光船租赁收购船舶的总额最多约2730万美元)行使购买选择权以收购船舶。卖方透过行使购买选择权收购的船舶，将根据协议进一步交付予买方。
