6月4日，通鼎互联(002491.SZ)公告称，公司建设年产600吨光棒及2000万芯公里光纤的对外投资项目取得进展，设立的项目公司通鼎光学(韶关)有限公司及全资运营公司通鼎信息通信(韶关)有限公司已完成工商登记并领取营业执照。项目公司注册资本8亿元，运营公司注册资本1亿元。
