湖南省邵阳市邵阳县公安局通报，2026年6月3日10时许，邵阳县公安局接到群众报警称，有一男子在邵阳县塘渡口镇白虎街附近殴打路人。接警后，公安民警立即赶赴现场处置，将嫌疑人黎某某（男，24岁，邵阳县人）抓获，案件正在侦办中。受伤老人已及时送往医院治疗，无生命危险。
