当地时间6月3日上午，乌克兰国家电力公司通报，受俄方炮击影响，哈尔科夫州、切尔尼戈夫州、第聂伯罗彼得罗夫斯克州、扎波罗热州四地新增断电情况。
该电力公司同时表示，目前已在安全条件达标区域，启动电力抢修与恢复作业。
