6月3日，源杰科技（688498.SH）作为1.6T/CPO光源芯片核心厂商领涨，中际旭创（300308.SZ）、天孚通信（300394.SZ）、剑桥科技（603083.SH）因绑定英伟达（NVDA.US）等大厂、实现1.6T光模块批量交付，盘中集体创历史新高。
消息面上，英伟达CEO黄仁勋在Computex宣布Spectrum-X硅光CPO交换机全面量产，配套Vera Rubin AI工厂落地，能效较传统光模块提升5倍，标志CPO进入规模化商用元年，带动光芯片、光模块、封装及光纤全链条走强。
