6月2日，西测测试（301306）发布公告，董事会召开会议，同意聘任陈慧博为副总经理、刘娜为董事会秘书。
此外，刘娜不再担任公司证券事务代表职务，董事长李泽新不再代行董事会秘书职责。
2026年一季度，西测测试实现收入6133万元，归母净利润-3890万元。
