6月2日，云顶新耀（01952.HK）宣布，公司与Travere Therapeutics, Inc.达成独家授权许可与合作协议。根据协议，Travere Therapeutics将获得EVER001(希布替尼，civorebrutinib)除大中华区及部分东南亚国家以外区域的独家开发及商业化权益。根据协议，云顶新耀将获得1.125亿美元的首付款，并有资格在最多五个适应症上获得高达10.3亿美元的开发、注册及商业化里程碑付款。此外，公司还将基于EVER001的未来年度净销售额，获得从高个位数至双位数百分比的分级特许权使用费。
