人民财讯6月2日电，山东省人民政府印发《推进服务业扩能提质实施方案》，其中提出，增加优质居民服务供给。健全社区便民服务体系，创新社区集成服务模式。推行电子版“居家上门服务证”，拓展整理收纳、健康照护等到家服务，打造30家“潮享新家政体验中心”。实施零售业创新提升、农村电商高质量发展工程，培育即时配送、无人配送等新业态。到2030年，建成1500个以上便民生活圈。
