科大智能6月2日公告称，公司与华西能源签署《伊拉克巴格达Al-Daura热电厂4×160MW燃油发电重建项目设备采购框架合同》，暂估总价约1.3亿美元。该合同将促进公司数字能源业务海外拓展，但项目尚未正式实施，受中东地区政治经济环境及华西能源经营现状影响，最终执行存在不确定性。
