当地时间6月1日，俄罗斯政府发布消息称，为保障国内燃料市场的稳定可靠供应，对航空煤油（包括在交易所交易中购得的煤油）实施临时出口禁令。该禁令自6月1日起生效，将持续至2026年11月30日。
禁令不适用于以下情况：运输途中飞行器技术容器内的燃料、禁令生效前已报关的航空煤油批次，以及根据政府间协议的供应。
