今日（6月1日），

新西兰2026年国王生日荣誉名单

（King’s Birthday Honours）公布，

全国共有178人因其在

社区、卫生、教育、科学、体育、商业等

领域的贡献受到表彰，

其中包括6位

新晋爵士（Knights）与女爵（Dames），

以及两名华裔荣誉获得者。

获得爵士头衔的四位人士分别是：Dr Paul Baker、Peter Boshier、James Chapman和David Ellis。

其中，Paul Baker爵士为新西兰医疗卫生事业作出贡献，在国内和国际上都对临床实践产生了深远的影响。

据新西兰总理Christopher Luxon介绍，Paul Baker爵士是奥克兰Starship儿童医院的麻醉顾问，也是气道管理专家，40余年来通过“AirwaySkills”培训项目亲自指导了超过5000名麻醉师、急诊医师和重症医生。

Peter Boshier爵士曾任首席家庭法院法官和首席监察专员，致力于加强政府信息的透明与可及性。James Chapman爵士自1980年代起在读写能力教学及阅读障碍研究领域作出开创性贡献，影响了国家政策与学校教学。David Ellis爵士因对纯血马产业和慈善事业的贡献而获誉，他支持动物福利、健康、教育等多个领域及救灾工作。

获得女爵头衔的两位人士是Susan Hassall和Elizabeth Rata教授。

Luxon总理表示，Susan Hassall女爵在汉密尔顿男子高中和怀卡托大学的工作中推动了学术与体育成就，并持续支持社区发展和慈善机构。Elizabeth Rata女爵作为教育社会学家，五十年职业生涯专注于民族政治与课程知识研究，是1980年代毛利语言沉浸式学校的创始成员，在国际上享有盛誉。

下面是两位获得授勋华人的故事。

黄华铃：获得ONZM勋章

今年，新西兰华裔黄华铃先生（Rodney Wong） 获得ONZM勋章。

黄华铃先生是一位杰出的新西兰商人，长期服务于商业与社区，尤其致力于推动惠及野生动物和公众的重要设施建设。

作为华人移民后代，黄华铃的祖父于1920年代缴纳人头税来到新西兰，父亲于1940年以难民身份抵新寻求更好生活。这份家族记忆驱动他回馈社会。

他曾联合创立“Wildbase康复中心”，为国家级本土野生动物医院筹集资金并主导开发。2025年，他获任东部与中部社区信托基金受托人。作为北帕医院基金会受托人，他帮助资助并建成急诊科中的儿童急救室。他还担任跨宗教慈善社会服务机构Manchester House的主席。

在商界，黄华铃先生曾任International Fine Foods首席执行官十年，并担任Yoplait新西兰公司CEO、所有者及董事总经理。他曾主持新西兰农作物与食品研究所，领导其与Hort NZ合并成立Plant & Food Research，并出任副主委。他是新西兰食品科技学会会士，曾担任国家科学挑战计划高价值营养中心（National Science Challenge’s Centre for High Value Nutrition）的董事。

黄华铃先生还担任新西兰华人人头税遗产信托基金（Chinese Poll Tax Heritage Trust）主席，积极推广新西兰华人的历史与贡献。自1988年以来，黄先生一直积极参与扶轮社活动，曾担任北岛南部地区总监和Awapuni扶轮社社长。

Dr Luk Sun Chin：获得MNZM勋章

新西兰华人医生Dr Luk Sun Chin在2026年国王生日荣誉名单中被授予MNZM勋章，以表彰他50多年来对医疗健康及轻驾车赛马领域的卓越贡献。

Chin医生是新西兰华人社区的杰出代表。他作为麻醉科、疼痛及重症监护专家，1975年帮助建立了怀卡托医院的ICU和疼痛服务——当时全国仅此第二家。1991年，他联合开发了汉密尔顿的Anglesea医疗中心，即怀卡托首家日间手术中心。

40年来，他累计为该地区私立医疗设施带来约1.5亿纽币的投资，并设立基金资助年轻麻醉专科医生深造。

令人惊叹的是，83岁的Chin先生同时还是新西兰最年长的持证轻驾车赛马驯马师和骑手。自1980年起，他培育的赛马已赢得超过200场比赛，他本人驾驶获胜逾百次，至今仍每周出赛。

面对荣誉，Chin医生谦虚地说：“这有点不好意思，我的生活中得到了太多人的帮助。”

“赛马让我保持年轻，人必须一直动起来。”Chin补充说。
