近日，海南各地持续高温。在海南省东方市，八所边检站民警无惧高温酷暑，采取7×24小时通关保障机制，实现网上报检“零跑腿”、靠前办检“零距离”、全天候查验“零等待”的“一站式”服务，让每艘船舶平均通关时间缩短近一小时，成为优化口岸营商环境、助力海南自贸港建设的“隐形引擎”。
