北京商报讯（记者 李晗）6月1日，中指研究院发布报告显示，5月，二手房市场保持较高活跃度，热度持续性强于往年同期，百城二手住宅均价约为1.27万元/平方米，环比下跌0.32%，跌幅较上月收窄0.14个百分点，同比下跌7.99%，较上月收窄0.35个百分点。
