据参考消息，5月29日，俄联邦安全局在俄罗斯新罗西斯克逮捕了一名男子，该男子受一名乌克兰安全局特工指使，奉命在客运列车通过时引爆并炸毁铁轨。
俄联邦安全局称，嫌疑人已购买材料、制造出炸弹，并存放于住所。
