5月29日，国务院批复同意自即日起在粤港澳大湾区内地九市暂时调整实施《中华人民共和国海关事务担保条例》《中华人民共和国船舶登记条例》的有关规定，对经粤港澳大湾区内地九市指定口岸暂时入出内地且仅限在粤港澳大湾区内地九市自由行的港澳游艇，实行免担保和临时船舶国籍登记政策。
