罗马尼亚总统达恩5月29日宣布俄罗斯驻康斯坦察总领事为“不受欢迎的人”，并关闭该总领事馆。达恩在总统府会议后发表声明作上述表示。他称俄无人机在罗马尼亚境内坠毁事件致使2名罗公民受伤，“所有责任归于俄罗斯”。（新华社）
