2026年5月29日，安杰思(688581.SH)公告称，公司近日收到中信证券关于更换保荐代表人的函件，原保荐代表人徐峰因工作安排无法继续从事对公司的持续督导工作，中信证券委派杨波接替。
本次变更不会改变相关材料中保荐机构已出具文件的结论性意见，保荐机构及保荐代表人对之前出具文件的法律责任不变。
