5月28日，市场探底回升，三大指数集体收红，截至收盘，上证指数涨0.12%，深证成指涨0.8%，创业板指涨1.96%；北证50涨2.55%。沪深两市成交额约29681.51亿元，较前一个交易日缩量约2704.12亿元。全市场3018只股票上涨、2365只股票下跌，其中126只涨停、12只跌停。
板块方面，MLCC、玻纤、培育钻石，非金属材料、小金属、半导体等行业以及概念涨幅居前；有色·锑、离境退税、白酒、贵金属、证券、能源金属等行业以及概念跌幅居前。
