为了树立坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”的示范标杆，进一步激发内生动力，推动人民法庭全面建设再上新台阶，经全面创建、逐级推荐、评估验收和社会公示，最高人民法院决定，命名北京市朝阳区人民法院亚运村人民法庭等100个人民法庭为首批“枫桥式人民法庭”。
其中，习水县人民法院东皇人民法庭获评全国首批“枫桥式人民法庭”。(习水县人民政府网)
