消息面上，映宇宙公布，拟配售3.875亿股，每股作价0.85港元，配售事项所得款项净额约3.28亿港元。其中约75%将用于收购高性能GPU，以建立及扩展集团的GPU计算基础设施；约25%将用作GPU计算基础设施未来12个月的一般营运资金，及集团海外团队的日常行政开支。
