5月27日，Lululemon宣布与其公司创始人Chip Wilson签署了一项合作协议。Wilson持有该公司约8.7%的已发行普通股。根据协议，公司同意在董事会中增加两名新董事，分别是ESPN前首席营销官Laura Gentile和On前联席首席执行官Marc Maurer。两位董事均将在公司2026年年度股东大会后正式就任。
