财联社5月27日电，欧洲委员会宣布明年将推出新的移动卫星频谱分配系统。三分之二的频谱将保留用于商业用途，并将在欧盟运营商与非欧盟运营商之间平均分配。三分之一的频谱将保留用于政府用途，包括安全和军事用途，由欧洲运营商提供。
