王女士反映2022年在青岛李沧的周大生（伟东·乐客城店）购买13.93g足金金镯，今年5月份旧金置换，熔金时出现冒烟发黑的现象，消费者质疑掺假。5月25日，《生活帮》记者与王女士来到该周大生线下门店，工作人员表示，款式不符、克重不符，钢印也已经被熔掉，无法确定是否为本店产品。
