美光科技大涨。
当地时间5月26日，美光科技盘初大涨，截至发稿，涨超13%，创5月8日以来盘中最大涨幅，股价创历史新高。
此前，瑞银将美光科技的目标价从535美元上调至1625美元，为华尔街最高水平。
当天，美股芯片股集体大涨，费城半导体指数盘初涨超3%。
