5月26日，中远海能（600026/01138）发布公告，公司对全资子公司海南中远海运能源运输有限公司增资10.18亿元，用于实施募集资金投资项目“投资建造6艘VLCC”和“投资建造3艘阿芙拉型原油轮”节点款的支付。
2026年一季度，中远海能实现收入73.03亿元，归母净利润21.73亿元。
