IT之家 5 月 26 日消息，今日大量用户在社交平台反映滴滴出行系统出现异常，主要问题集中在行程管理和支付环节。多位用户表示无法开启行程、司机接单后无法结束订单，甚至出现无法取消订单的情况。
截至IT之家发稿，滴滴方面暂未回应，客服电话暂无法接入。
