上海证券交易所消息，5月25日，思必驰科技股份有限公司（简称“思必驰”）上市申请已被受理。
思必驰专注于全栈对话式AI和端侧智能技术的自主研发，以及智能人机交互产品的设计、开发及销售，为智慧出行、智慧办公、智慧物联等领域提供端云协同、软硬结合的系统级智能人机对话产品与方案。
2023-2025年，思必驰的营收为5.39亿元、6.01亿元、6.88亿元，净利润为-1.36亿元、-1.58亿元、-7970.88万元。
