这些玩具于2025年1月至4月期间在The Warehouse和Farmers出售；并于2025年2月至4月期间在Toyworld和Paper Plus出售。

Planet Fun表示，拥有这些玩具的消费者应立即停止使用。

官方还建议购买过该产品的消费者使用两个密封袋（ziplock bags）将产品双层密封，放置在儿童无法接触的地方，之后再按照正确方式处理。

Planet Fun表示：“请将产品退回购买门店以获得退款，部分情况下可能需要提供购买凭证。”

同时，公司强调：“不要将产品直接丢入普通垃圾中。”

新西兰卫生部门最新建议指出，接触石棉不会立即引发健康问题，但与石棉相关的疾病通常会在长期后出现，潜伏期一般为15至40年。

罹患石棉相关疾病（包括某些癌症及肺部疾病）的风险，与接触石棉的种类、数量以及暴露时间长短有关。

新西兰卫生部门表示：“石棉不存在所谓‘安全接触水平’，因此我们会尽量避免任何形式的暴露。”
