派诺科技5月25日公告，公司5月23日收到董事长李健通知，其收到南昌市公安局出具的《取保候审决定书》。南昌市公安局决定对其取保候审，期限从2026年5月23日起算。李健已于2026年5月24日向公司董事会提交书面辞呈，申请辞去公司董事长、法定代表人等相关职务。辞职后，李健仍将继续担任公司董事职务。
