国泰航空5月23日表示，由澳洲布里斯班返港的CX156航班因遭遇气流，10人受轻伤，其中8人送院治理。国泰表示，该航班早上6时45分抵港后，医护人员立即登机为少数感到不适的乘客及机组人员评估身体状况，并提供适切治理，事件中6名机舱服务员及4名乘客受轻伤。
