汇洁股份5月22日公告，公司于2026年5月22日与武汉众心商业投资发展有限公司就公司收购乙方持有的武汉曼妮芬服装有限公司25%股权签署了《关于武汉曼妮芬服装有限公司之股权转让协议》。甲乙双方确认，本次交易根据基准日目标公司净资产定价，甲方受让乙方持有的目标公司25%股权总价款为4784.53万元。
