2026年以来，香港楼市显著回暖，内地买家成为重要推动力量。 据机构统计，今年1-4月，内地买家占香港一二手住宅成交约27%，涉及金额高达616亿港元，相当于2025年全年成交额的45%，创下历史新高。 从市场结构看，内地买家更倾向购置一手新房，一季度涉资约246.6亿港元，占新盘总成交金额的四成；在亿级豪宅市场中，内地客户占比更高，部分楼盘甚至被“整层扫货”。
