据“四川水利”，四川省水利厅联合四川省气象局5月21日17时发布2026年首个山洪灾害蓝色预警。
2026年5月21日20时至22日20时，广元市苍溪、昭化、旺苍、朝天、利州、剑阁，南充市阆中、南部、西充、仪陇，巴中市南江、恩阳、巴州，绵阳市盐亭等4个市14个县（市、区）可能发生山洪灾害。
