IT之家 5 月 21 日消息，瑞典游戏行业控股公司 Embracer 当地时间 20 日宣布，将把《指环王 / 中土世界》《古墓丽影》等 IP 分拆至一家名为 Fellowship 的独立上市公司。
Embracer 表示，此次架构变动建立于 Asmodee、Coffee Stain 成功分拆的经验之上。Fellowship 将作为一个独立的业务单元，拥有统一的战略和商业计划；Embracer 则将保持高度分散的运营模式，业务部门内的各个实体将采用多种不同的战略。
Fellowship 从 2027/28 财年开始每年将至少推出两款 AAA 级游戏，该企业也将积极采用人工智能等新兴技术。
