当地时间5月18日，俄罗斯体操联合会官方网站通报称，世界体操联合会执行委员会17日批准了俄罗斯体操运动员参加国际比赛时使用俄罗斯国旗和演奏俄罗斯国歌。该决定适用于俄罗斯体操联合会下属所有五个体操项目：竞技体操、艺术体操、蹦床、技巧体操和健美操。
