格隆汇5月15日丨粤港湾控股(01396.HK)公告，批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案已于2026年4月2日举行的股东特别大会上获股东正式通过。继股东批准建议更改公司名称后，董事会欣然宣布，公司的英文名称已由"Guangdong-Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited"更改为"Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech Co.,Ltd."，及其中文双重外文名称已由"粤港湾控股有限公司"更改为"粤港湾智算科技有限公司"。
