炼石航空5月14日公告，公司董事会收到董事长熊辉然提交的书面辞职报告，因工作变动，熊辉然申请辞去其担任的公司董事、董事长等职务。熊辉然辞职后不再在公司及控股子公司任职，其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。公司董事会推举董事王虎代行董事长职责。
