2026年5月13日，五洲新春(603667.SH)发布公告称，公司已将用于临时补充流动资金的闲置募集资金6000万元全部归还至募集资金专户，归还时间为2026年5月12日，使用期限未超过12个月。
公告显示，该笔募集资金来源于公司2023年向特定对象发行A股股票，募集资金到账时间为2023年7月20日。公司于2025年9月25日经董事会审议通过，同意使用不超过6000万元闲置募集资金临时补充流动资金，期限为12个月。
