北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）5月13日，绿康生化（002868）高开9.98%，开于40.55元/股，逼近涨停价40.56元/股。
消息面上，5月11日晚间，绿康生化披露公告称，公司撤销退市风险警示及其他风险警示的申请已获得深交所审核同意，公司股票5月12日停牌一天。公司股票交易自5月13日起撤销退市风险警示及其他风险警示，股票简称由"*ST 绿康"变更为"绿康生化"，股票代码仍为"002868"，股票交易价格日涨跌幅限制变更为10%。
