5月12日，音飞储存（603066）发布公告，彭晓洁因兼任独立董事的境内上市公司数量将超过3家，所以辞去公司独立董事职务及各专门委员会职务，其辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。同时，公司提名杨李娟为独立董事候选人。
2026年一季度，音飞储存实现收入3.05亿元，归母净利润1.25亿元。
