当地时间5月11日，伊朗外交部发言人巴盖伊在记者会上表示，伊朗所提的协议，是合理、负责的要求，并做出了让步，符合伊朗的国家利益，也符合整个地区与全世界的稳定与安全要求。巴盖伊同时表示，是美国受以色列叙事引导，提出单边与无理的要求。
