5月11日，紫光股份（000938.SZ）公告，为满足紫光云经营发展需要，公司同意紫光云增资扩股并引入投资者，放弃优先认购权。紫光云现有股东共青城旭诺拟转让部分股权，公司放弃优先购买权。本次增资价款合计1亿元，增资后紫光云注册资本增加至1.49亿元，公司持股比例变更为52.7565%。
