据俄新社5月11日报道，俄罗斯驻日本大使尼古拉·诺兹德廖夫表示，俄日关系已进入“冰河期”，双边关系正在经历二战后前所未有的退化。
诺兹德廖夫说，俄日关系之所以会出现这种情况，是因为日本支持对俄制裁，并追随西方国家的反俄路线，日方政策造成双边关系成果付诸东流。（新华社）
