格隆汇5月8日丨汤臣倍健(300146.SZ)公布，公司于 2026 年 5 月 8 日签署《D 轮认购协议》，拟以自有资金1,000 万美元认购 Moonshot AI Ltd（简称“标的公司”）发行的认股权证，以购买标的公司 446,767 股 D 轮优先股。认购完成后，公司将持有标的公司0.11%的股权。
