德国那边刚判了一桩让人脊背发凉的案子：一个华人男子被控在几年时间里，多次下药迷晕女性后实施性侵，还拍视频留存。更让人不安的是，这并不只是一起孤立的案件，背后牵扯出一个不小的地下网络。
主角是44岁的中国籍男子 Dapeng Zh，法兰克福检方指控他在2020年至2024年期间，用处方类安眠药迷晕女性、实施强奸，共涉及22项罪名，包括特别严重强奸、危险人身伤害、传播暴力色情内容、非法交易药物以及谋杀未遂。目前至少8名女性受害，不少是华人女性。
最让人难受的一点在于：很多受害者一开始根本不知道自己遭遇了什么。
据检方信息，他有时会假装成朋友接近，也会通过微信等中文社交平台联系年轻女性，甚至借“看房”“租房”这类理由把人约出来，再在饮料或食物里加药，等对方失去意识后下手。
而真正让不少人“炸锅”的，是警方后续发现的 Telegram 聊天群。这不是个小群，而是一个超过2000名成员的地下网络。里面有人交流怎么让女性失去意识、讨论药物剂量、分享“经验”，甚至互相传播偷拍视频。警方还怀疑，嫌疑人不只参与，还涉嫌向群里其他人出售相关药物。
目前，德国警方确认了该网络8名核心成员，分别判处不同年限监禁。
说到底，这类案件最沉重的，不只是判了多少年，而是提醒在外留学的年轻人：约见陌生人、看房租房、日常社交里，多留个心眼，真的不是小题大做。
