中远海控（601919/01919）发布公告，2026年5月8日，公司回购股份235万股，回购金额为3455万港元。
根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为2.88亿股，已回购股份2131万股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.74%。
2026年一季度，中远海控实现收入517.97亿元，归母净利润58.77亿元。
