当地时间5月7日，美国贸易法院当天公布一份裁决，称特朗普政府征收10%全球进口关税政策的法律依据不成立。
美国最高法院2月20日裁定，特朗普政府依据《国际紧急经济权力法》实施的相关大规模关税措施缺乏明确法律授权。裁决公布后，特朗普政府在当天转而依据《1974年贸易法》第122条，“对所有国家征收10%的全球关税”，为期150天。（央视新闻）
