2026年5月7日，科沃斯(603486.SH)发布公告称，公司已向中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司提交股票期权注销申请，经审核确认，已于2026年5月7日完成注销业务，合计注销约67.25万份股票期权。
公告显示，本次注销系因公司2024年股票期权与限制性股票激励计划中朱开敏等54名激励对象离职，已不再符合激励条件。
