世卫组织：豪华邮轮毒株确认，可人传人

5月6日，世界卫生组织在社交媒体平台上发表声明称，瑞士监测到一名最新的汉坦病毒感染者，曾搭乘泛海探索公司（Oceanwide Expeditions）的“洪迪厄斯”（Hondius）号邮轮。

据世卫组织介绍，这名感染者在收到来自邮轮运营商关于最新出现的健康事件的邮件后，前往苏黎世的医院进行检测，结果显示感染了汉坦病毒。

Swiss authorities have confirmed a case of hantavirus identified in a passenger from the MV Hondius cruise ship.

He had responded to an email from the ship's operator informing the passengers of the health event, and presented himself to a hospital in Zurich, Switzerland, and is receiving care.

根据世卫组织5月6日晚的通报，截至目前，与此次极地邮轮疫情相关的病例增至8例，其中3例经实验室检测确认为汉坦病毒感染。根据南非国家传染病研究所和瑞士日内瓦大学医院的检测结果，已确认此次疫情的病毒类型为安第斯汉坦病毒。

The type of virus in this outbreak has been confirmed as Andes hantavirus by the National Institute for Communicable Diseases, South Africa and the Geneva University Hospitals, Switzerland. The support of the Institut Pasteur de Dakar, Senegal and the Administración Nacional de Laboratorios e Institutos de Salud, Argentina has also been critical in responding to this event.

As of Wednesday, there are 8 cases, 3 of whom are confirmed as hantavirus by laboratory testing.

绝大多数汉坦病毒不会人传人，但安第斯病毒（Andes hantavirus）是唯一的例外，这种传播通常发生在密切接触的家庭成员或医护人员之间。

Although uncommon, limited human-to-human transmission has been reported in previous outbreaks of Andes virus (a specific species of hantavirus).

在Oceanwide Expeditions公司5月6日晚发布的更新声明中，提及了最新被确认感染的瑞士患者的情况：“5月6日，瑞士联邦公共卫生局（FOPH）证实，一名曾参与该航程第一段行程（即2026年4月1日至24日）从乌斯怀亚至圣赫勒拿岛的乘客，汉坦病毒检测结果呈阳性，目前正在苏黎世大学医院接受治疗。其陪同妻子虽未出现任何症状，但出于审慎起见，目前正进行自我隔离。”

Oceanwide Expeditions称，已逐一联系了所有曾参与本次航程的乘客。第一财经记者5月6日联系该公司了解关于这名瑞士感染者更详细的情况，截至发稿，尚未收到回复。

The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) has confirmed that a passenger who traveled on the first leg of the voyage (Ushuaia to St Helena, April 1–24 2026) has tested positive for hantavirus and is currently being treated at the University Hospital Zurich. His wife, who accompanied him, has not shown symptoms but is self-isolating as a precaution. Oceanwide Expeditions is in contact with the relevant authorities regarding this development. All guests present on this voyage have been contacted by Oceanwide Expeditions.

公司在最新的情况说明中还称，此前已列入待医疗转运名单的三名人员已成功从邮轮船上撤离，目前正搭乘医疗专机前往具备提供专科护理及适宜医疗筛查能力的地点，其中两名人员目前病情依然严重，第三名人员虽然目前尚无症状，但曾与5月2日船上不幸去世的患者有过密切接触。截至目前，两名有症状的人员汉坦病毒检测结果均为阴性。
