据报道，近日，一份法庭文件显示，美国证券交易委员会已经与美国企业家马斯克就收购推特期间涉嫌违规的诉讼达成和解。作为和解协议的一部分，当时买入推特股票所使用的马斯克名下可撤销信托，将向美国证交会支付150万美元（约合人民币1025万元）的民事罚款。
